Reggie Carew

With a deep passion for early childhood education, Chase runs and owns Carew Childcare specializing in infant and toddler care in a family home setting. Holding a teaching diploma in Montessori Infant and Toddler Education, Chase brings a nurturing, child-centered approach to learning, ensuring that every child in their care feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Beyond formal training, Chase has extensive experience working in various daycare settings, as well as supporting children with disabilities and special needs through COPE Service Dogs. This background has shaped a compassionate and individualized approach to caregiving, focusing on inclusivity and fostering independence.

Carew Childcare is fully licensed by the Ministry of Education and overseen by Hopscotch Daycare Agency, with monthly inspections to maintain the highest standards of care and safety. The program is thoughtfully designed for children aged 12 months to 3 years, offering a warm, structured environment where little ones can learn, grow, and thrive.

As a dedicated provider, Chase carefully curates nutritious meals, ensuring that each child receives balanced, home-cooked meals daily. With a background in Montessori philosophy, Chase prioritizes hands-on learning, fostering independence, and creating a space where children feel both secure and encouraged to explore at their own pace.

More than just a caregiver, Chase is an advocate for early childhood development, committed to providing a loving and enriching environment where children can take their first steps toward lifelong learning.

Chase is current on their first aid , CPR training, and has a clear Police Record Check , Vulnerable Sector Screening & Child Welfare Clearance.

At Carew Childcare, I have a friendly chocolate Labrador named Reggie who is a beloved part of our home. While Reggie is not present during daycare hours, he is an important member of our family. He is still in training and full of energy, so for the safety and comfort of the children, he stays in a separate area of the home.
